Right to Rectification

The GDPR give you, as the user, the right to rectify any incorrect information that ApacheTech Solutions holds about you. While you do have this right, ApacheTech Solutions also has the right to reject any request it considers to be an abuse of this system. Trivial changes that the user can rectify themselves will be rejected, such as:

  • Changing your password
  • Changing your profile picture
  • Editing your published posts
  • Editing your published comments

These kinds of changes should be handled by you, the user. ApacheTech Solutions reserves the right to sanction users who abuse the GDPR Right to Rectification, up to, and including disallowing your account to have access to the website.
